As we first mentioned at the start of the year, Certificate transparency (Transparent SSL) is Google’s initiative to prevent misuses of trusted SSL certificates by hackers.
Transparent SSL means that the Certification Authority that has issued your SSL certificate has “logged” or “registered” your certificate as valid for your domain in publicly available logs.
