Backups are separate to our hosting packages.
We offer two types of backups;
Onsite: Our onsite backup service sends your data to our backup server, nightly, and a 30 day history is kept.
Offsite: Our offsite backups send your data to a completely different data centre nightly, and a 30 day history is kept.
We strongly advise that you don’t host your emails on the same server as your website.
We suggest using a dedicated email provider such as, G Suite, Office 365 and Zoho.
