If you have subscribed to this service, you can contact our support team for restores, or, if you wish, you can manage restoration of files and folders yourself – please contact our support team if you would like your own login. See the steps below as a guide to restoring files and folders yourself via the online access portal.
1.Once logged in, you will be presented with the dashboard. To get started click on ‘Protected Machines’.
2.Once in ‘Protected Machines’ click the cog icon in the Actions column and select ‘Open Recovery Points’.
3.You will now see a list of backup sets, click the cog icon for the date that you wish to restore a file from and select ‘Browse’.
4.Tick the file(s)/folder(s) that you would like to restore and click the ‘Restore Selected’ button (restore selected will restore the select to the server, alternatively you can use the download selected button to download the selected files to your local computer).
5.Select the options you require and click the ‘Restore’ button.
